The branch clinic at South West Rocks operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm. It is staffed by a veterinarian and a veterinary nurse each day.

The clinic has full consultation facilities as well as catering for over the counter animal health product sales. All hospital & surgical patients are referred to the main clinic in Kempsey.
